CRISSNA PERFUMES is founded by Mr. Durgesh Sthalekar, who has an illustrious career in the Indian Beauty Products Market. He has spent 34 years in Beauty, Perfumes and Cosmetics market in India as well as Nigeria, Myanmar and Thailand.

He was General Manager at L’OREAL Luxury Division responsible for Designer Fragrances like GIORGIO ARMANI, YSL, DIESEL, RALPH LAUREN, GUUY LAROCHE, LANCOM etc. He has also managed CHAMBOR Geneva, the cosmetics brand.

CRISSNA Academy of Leadership Management, CALM, will focus attention on development of students for Leadership and train youngsters to be employable.

We also intend to teach the Leadership culture in Schools/ colleges for students to follow principle based leadership, inspired by Lord Krishna. This is how CRISSNA will give back to society, the fragrance of positive leadership and culture of love and empathy

This will be done by training students in Public Speaking, participating in debates- Elocution competition and also in the field of Drama’s. The idea is to build confidence in students which will make their communication skills better and will give them knowledge on the art of Negotiations.

We are focusing the area of Mumbai’s Northern Suburbs for this project for now. We will expand our activities later.

We will also promote youth to be entrepreneurs, supporting them with training. Guidance will be imparted to those who seek help.
